Please read these rules before booking. They apply to tickets for Open Circle events purchased through this website.

If Open Circle cancels the event

If Open Circle cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket amount paid. We will contact ticket holders using the details supplied at booking and initiate the refund to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.

If you can no longer attend

Attendee-requested cancellations, no-shows, or unused tickets are not refundable. Please contact us if there is an issue with a booking or payment; this rule does not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If the event is rescheduled

If the event date or time changes, we will notify ticket holders using the contact details supplied at booking and share the updated event information and available options.

How to request help

Contact the event team with your booking reference and the email used for booking. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, or passwords. Use the email or WhatsApp details on our Contact Us page.
